Faith in the dictionary is defined as a complete trust or confidence in someone or something. That something could be a firm belief in a person or even God.

The question is what happens when that complete trust, confidence or your faith in God was shattered by a circumstance that caused you not to believe in that thing, person or God.

What I will tell you is to hold on to your Faith in spite of your circumstance. God will not give you more than you can bear. At this point, you must have a Fearless Faith mindset to endure the pain from the person or thing that is trying to destroy your faith.

Here are three steps to developing Fearless Faith.

First, you must believe in a power higher than yourself. Some people will say when trust is broken, this is bulls*&t, (BS) in other words, I would ask you what is your belief system (BS)?

Second, you must trust that God will see you through. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Seasons come and seasons go. Trust the season you are in even if you do not understand it. It is a lesson not for you but for someone else. Never give up and stay prayerful. Somebody is always watching to see if you are going to give in or give up.

Third, ask God to strengthen you during that time. When your life has been shattered by a circumstance that causes you not to believe or trust, it is difficult to trust people or God. You may start to question your values or ask why me. It is a natural question to ask yourself. I did just that.

After being in a coma for forty-seven days and losing a twenty-five-year friendship, I questioned myself and God. After going through a shattered circumstance and almost dying, it was Fearless Faith that brought me through. Take these three points and apply them to your circumstances and say daily, God gives Fearless Faith, trust and believe he is working it out.
